When you use AskRaymond, we collect the following information:

• Account info — your email address and display name when you sign up.
• Podcast preferences — which podcasts you subscribe to and episodes you interact with.
• Usage data — search queries, feature usage, and page views to help us improve the product.
• Payment info — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

How we use it

• To provide the service — transcribing, summarizing, and searching podcasts.
• To manage your account and process payments.
• To improve the product based on aggregate usage patterns.
• To send important service updates (we won't spam you).

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate AskRaymond. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Deepgram — audio transcription of podcast episodes.
• Google Gemini — AI-powered episode summarization.
• PostHog — product analytics and usage tracking.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregate analytics data may be retained longer.

Your rights

• Delete your account — you can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the dashboard.
• Export your data — contact us to request a copy of your data.
• Opt out of analytics — you can disable analytics tracking in your browser settings.
