What AskRaymond does

AskRaymond is a platform that uses AI to transcribe, summarize, and search podcast episodes. We process publicly available podcast audio to generate searchable transcriptions and summaries. By using AskRaymond, you agree to these terms.

Your account

• You need an account to use most features.
• One account per person — don't share credentials.
• Provide accurate information when signing up.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Acceptable use

Use AskRaymond for its intended purpose. Don't:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content from the platform.
• Resell or redistribute transcriptions or summaries.
• Use automated tools to abuse the service or circumvent usage limits.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise our systems.
• Use the service for anything illegal.

Payments and billing

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime.
• When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
• We don't offer refunds for partial months.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers stay on their current price until they change plans.

Service availability

We do our best to keep AskRaymond running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided on a best-effort basis without any SLA. We may have planned maintenance or occasional downtime.

AI-generated content

Transcriptions and summaries are generated by AI and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. They are not a substitute for listening to the original podcast. Don't rely on AI-generated content for critical decisions without verifying against the original source.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. If we terminate your account for a violation, you won't be entitled to a refund.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued use of AskRaymond after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
